Personal Information Form

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The Personal Information Form (PIF) should be completed only if you meet the following criteria:

  1. You are already in Canada
  2. Your claim for refugee protection is eligible and has been referred by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

Your form will not be processed if you do not meet these criteria.
