List of Minister's Documents

Under Rule 27(4) of the Refugee Protection Division Rules, if more than one document is provided for a proceeding, the party must include a list of the documents and their numbers.

The Guideline Concerning Preparation and Conduct of a Hearing in the Refugee Protection Division stipulates that documents must be provided in accordance with the Rules; otherwise, it is possible they will not be used at the proceeding.

To assist the Minister's representatives in meeting this requirement, the RPD has made available this form, which can be completed, printed and used as a list of documents. The RPD strongly encourages the parties to use this form.
